We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented  Sheet Metal Fabricator to join our HVAC and mechanical fabrication team. The ideal candidate has strong technical skills in sheet metal layout, cutting, forming, and assembly, with a commitment to precision, safety, and quality craftsmanship. This role plays a key part in producing custom ductwork, fittings, and components used in residential and commercial HVAC systems.

Pay Range: $17-$19 per hour

Responsibilities

• Fabricate, assemble, and install sheet metal ductwork and fittings according to blueprints and specifications.
• Operate power tools and machinery such as brakes, shears, plasma cutters, and roll formers.
• Measure, mark, and layout materials to ensure accuracy and proper fit.
• Inspect completed work for conformance to specifications and quality standards.
• Collaborate with installers and service teams to ensure timely delivery and project accuracy.
• Maintain a clean and organized fabrication area, ensuring compliance with all safety policies.
• Load, transport, and assist with field installation when required.
• Assist with Warehouse duties including but not limited to, operating the forklift, inventory management, working with vendors.

What you Bring:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sheet metal fabrication or a related trade.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and HVAC ductwork diagrams.
• Experience on Forklift
• Proficiency with sheet metal machinery and hand tools.
• Knowledge of SMACNA standards and HVAC system components preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
