ADEX Healthcare Staffing LLC is seeking a travel nurse RN ICU - Intensive Care Unit for a travel nursing job in Weston, West Virginia.

\n\nJob Details:
\n• Work 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
\n• Schedule options: 4x12s or 3x12s per week with 36 guaranteed hours
\n• Weekend coverage required every weekend or every other weekend
\n• Patient ratios: 3:1 (one ICU patient, 2 step down patients)
\n• Float within scope to meet facility needs as required
\n• Block scheduling available
\n• 24 hours of orientation provided
\n• Care for patients with COPD, CHF, overdose, DKA, respiratory failure, sepsis, COVID-19, and influenza
\n• Perform bedside procedures including central line/arterial line placement, intubation, and chest tube placement
\n• Work with specialized equipment including Blakemore tubes, temporary pacers, and Hamilton ventilators
\n• Care for adolescent, adult, and geriatric patient populations
\n• Unit has 6 beds with daily census of 2 patients
\n• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS (PALS and TNCC preferred)
\n• Minimum 2 years RN experience required
\n• Must have WV or compact state license
\n• Interdisciplinary support available including IV teams, respiratory services, phlebotomy, lift teams, rapid response teams, pharmacy, transportation, and unit secretary
\n• RTO restrictions apply with prior approval within contract
\n• Must be experienced, independent, flexible, and dependable
