Position Summary :
As a Medical Assistant, you'll work remotely to support patient care through virtual consultations. Your role will involve managing a high volume of telehealth interactions, utilizing advanced technology platforms, and ensuring seamless documentation in Electronic Health Records (EHR). Your tech skills will be crucial as you develop and implement personalized care plans and assist patients with their healthcare needs.


Essential Functions:

  • Conduct telephonic patient visits, and document them in EHR systems.
  • Monitor and follow personalized care plans, addressing patients' health concerns and goals.
  • Utilize technology for documentation, and communication, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Provide guidance on health management, preventive care, and resource connections.
Work Environment:
This remote position requires a high-speed internet connection and a quiet, HIPAA-compliant workspace. We provide the necessary equipment, including a computer and headset.


Physical Demands:
This is a virtual position that requires you to sit or stand at a computer for 40 hours per week and be able to make phone calls-some equipment setup is required.


Position Type and Hours:
Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday, between 8 am - 6 pm.


Requirements:
  • Certification as a Medical Assistant (must be current)
  • Minimum of two years of clinical experience
  • Proficiency with EHR systems and Microsoft Office (Teams, Outlook, Excel)
  • Experience with telehealth platforms is a plus

  • Strong tech skills and comfort with software and EHR systems.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and processes.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care.

  • Virtual Interviews: Candidates who pass the assessment will move on to virtual interviews with our Recruiting Manager and Clinical Director .
