Position: Window Cleaning Technician
Were seeking a reliable and friendly Window Cleaning Technician to join our team, helping to keep storefronts, homes, and local properties spotless while delivering exceptional service to our community.

Responsibilities:

• Complete window cleaning routestypically within one local area.

• Clean residential windows and commercial projects (e.g., office buildings).

• Wash awnings and perform pressure washing of sidewalks and building facades.

• Provide estimates for potential jobs when needed.

• Handle payments, issue change, and accurately complete work orders.

Requirements:

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Punctual and dependable for consistent morning start times.

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to excellent customer service.

• Able to lift up to 30 lbs. and work outdoors.

• Comfortable climbing ladders (though most jobs use ground-based poles).

• Reliable Automobile transportation with valid liability insurance.

• Ability to read maps and follow route directions.

Schedule:

Work generally begins in the early morning before most businesses open and finishes by mid-afternoon. Approximate hours range 7:00am - 3:00pm
