E-Consulting-Workday AMS Integrations Consultant

Recruiting for this position will end on 12/19/25. Work you'll do:

• Participate in integration optimization projects to help clients realize the full potential of Workday.
• Participate in workstreams for single module deployments in Workday HCM (such as Integrations, Core Connectors, Studio, Workday Calculated Fields, EIBs, Recruiting, Talent and Performance, Core Comp, Advanced Comp, Payroll, Benefits, and more).
• Participate in the integration of performance and configuration of monitoring tools.
• Help build consensus around integration processes and design.
• Document integration requirements and workflows.
• Advise and implement integration security and encryption requirements.
• Effectively communicate Workday capabilities and limitations.
• Develop, test, and deploy integrations within the Workday application.
• Maintain consistent and ongoing interaction with client and subject matter experts.
• Collaborate with on and offshore resources.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree
• At least 2 years of experience working in Workday HCM configuration/integrations
• At least 2 years of experience supporting/using Workday as an HCM system with a primary focus on Integrations, preferably with a Workday Partner or directly with Workday Clients
• At least 2 years of experience supporting/designing Workday HCM or other module integrations, implementations and/or optimization engagements, from design to deployment
• At least 2 years of experience in Workday Integrations using Core Connectors, Studio, Workday Calculated Fields, EIB's
• Ability to travel 10 - 50% on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

Preferred Qualifications:

• Active Workday Integrations Certification(s)
• 2 years of experience using Workday Extend
• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Visio and PowerPoint, with at least 2 years' experience creating advanced Excel models (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis)

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $93,200 - $140,600. You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
