Church, Page & Gailan is ready to expand and add a new team member excited to work into a new position! We are a firm with offices throughout Eastern Washington, working on personal injury cases. We are looking for an associate attorney who is a great team member and is ready to take on some exciting challenges.

Responsibilities:

* Draft pleadings and review responses to discovery requests
* Provide litigation support to managing attorney
* Manage paralegal workflow and supervise task completion
* Negotiate with insurance carriers
* Conduct legal research
* Collaborate with senior attorneys on case strategy and development

Qualifications:

* Juris Doctor degree from accredited law school or completion of Rule 6 Intern program (or equivalent)
* Admitted to practice law in Washington (or able to become admitted)
* Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases simultaneously
* Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
* Prior experience in personal injury preferred but not necessary

This position has competitive pay, and attorneys with a wealth of experience are encouraged to apply, as the pay range may be adjusted for candidates with greater than 10 years experience. Pay: $105,000.00 - $210,000.00 per year
