Join National Dentex - a leading healthcare organization specializing in the dental industry. We offer a full spectrum of specialized products, services, and technologies to address any dental restoration need. Currently, we have 50+ labs throughout the country. Our team is growing, and we are hiring a number of key positions within our organization including this Dental Lab Technician II (Fixed QC) opportunity at NDX Keller in Fenton, MO.
The regular hours for this position are from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday, and subject to change from time to time.

Primary Responsibilities and Essential Functions of the Position:
Process outgoing calls in a timely manner
Facilitate assigned technical areas (Fixed/Implants/Appliances) technical calls
Complete an “administrative quality inspection” on all cases, including checking items on the work ticket, prescription, billing accuracy, and adding personal notes where appropriate.
Analyze remakes by customer and ensure any issues are resolved
Participate in department meetings to share customer feedback
QC data with department manager for resolution
Work with sales team members and assist with programs as needed.
All other duties as assigned.

Ability to facilitate in 2 or more assigned technical areas
Must have computer skills including typing and familiarity with Microsoft Office products.

Minimum Education and Experience Required:
Preferred-High school diploma or GED equivalent
Minimum 5 years’ experience of direct dental customer service experience on technical related issues
PC literacy required: MS Office Skills (Outlook, Word, Excel)
