The Staff Pad has partnered with a personal injury law office in Austin, TX to hire a Recruiter

Mission: Help build a high-performing, mission-driven legal team by attracting, hiring, and retaining top talent, ensuring exceptional service for clients while supporting firm growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for attorney positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding

  • Support recruiting efforts for select non-attorney roles as needed

  • Develop and maintain job descriptions, recruitment materials, and postings across relevant platforms

  • Proactively source candidates through networking, outreach, law school events, and social media

  • Conduct structured, behavioral, and panel interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit

  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs

  • Provide hiring managers with updates and recruiting reports

  • Stay informed of legal industry trends, best practices, and innovative recruiting strategies

  • Support employer branding initiatives to enhance the firm’s visibility and appeal

Ideal Candidate
  • Minimum 2+ years of recruiting experience; legal recruiting preferred but not required

  • Hands-on experience with sourcing, screening, selection, and ATS systems

  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills

  • Confident decision-maker with a commitment to delivering an outstanding candidate experience

  • Passionate about recruiting and talent development in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment
