SUMMARY:
The Recruiter performs duties at the professional level in the following functional areas; to include but not limited to full cycle recruitment and all associated activities and responsibilities to execute the recruiting function for BYD North America. This position requires an extremely perceptive person who can relate to individuals at all levels within the organization. The Recruiter must be sensitive to corporate and business needs while maintaining employee goodwill and confidentiality.

COMPETENCIES
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY
This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities but does serve as a coach and mentor for other positions in the department .
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely involves standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines .
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. This is a sedentary role; however, some filing is required. This would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand on a stepstool as necessary.
TRAVEL:
10% travel required in own insured vehicle to attend job fairs, and external recruiting events, networking, or outreach.
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
ADDITIONAL ELEGIBILITY QUALIFICATIONS:
PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, OR SHRM-SCP certification preferred.
PAY RANGE: $28.00-$34.00/Hourly
