\nGENERAL DESCRIPTION / PURPOSE:
\nThe Total Rewards Analyst provides essential analytical, administrative, and project support to Loram’s Total Rewards team. Working closely with the Sr. Compensation Analyst and Sr. Benefits Analyst, this role ensures effective delivery of compensation and benefits programs, supports process improvements, and helps maintain data integrity. The analyst collaborates across the HR function to provide a positive employee experience and support Loram’s commitment to competitive, compliant, and engaging total rewards.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
\nEducation: BA/BS degree or equivalent experience; Human Resources, Business Administration, or Information Systems degree preferred.

\nLoram determines compensation based on factors such as skills, competencies, education, and/or experience. Certain positions may be eligible for an annual bonus and paid time off in addition to base compensation.
\nStarting pay for the position is between $68,991.64 - $103.487.46
