\n• Work on a 30-bed non-telemetry medical-surgical inpatient adult unit
\n• Treat orthopedic patients, non-acute stroke patients, and trauma patients
\n• Focus on zero-harm initiatives, patient safety, and quality care delivery
\n• Enhance patient experience through effective pain management strategies
\n• Conduct proactive patient rounding and bedside handoff procedures
\n• Work in a Level II Age Friendly NICHE certified facility environment
